We currently ship artworks across India through trusted and insured delivery partners.

2. Packaging

Each artwork is professionally packed using acid-free materials, protective sleeves, and reinforced packaging to prevent any transit damage.

Framed artworks are shipped in custom, impact-resistant boxes for maximum protection.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

Most ready artworks are dispatched within 5–7 business days of order confirmation.

Custom or commissioned artworks may take additional time depending on the artist’s schedule — timelines will be clearly communicated before purchase.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping within India for most artworks unless otherwise stated.

Any additional charges (for oversized works, framing, or international delivery) will be clearly mentioned at checkout or communicated via email before dispatch.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email or SMS.

You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real time through our delivery partner’s website.

6. Damages During Transit

We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [insert FOA support email] with photos of the packaging and artwork.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as per our Return Policy.

7. Multiple Shipments

Return & Exchange Policy

At Focus on Art (FOA), we ensure that every artwork is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped with the highest standards of care.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases of damage during transit, incorrect artwork delivered, or authenticity issues. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork at [insert support email] with clear photographs of the damage or discrepancy.

2. Return Process

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the artwork is received and inspected. Refunds are not applicable for slight color variations or natural texture differences inherent to handmade art.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom commissions, digital prints, and framed artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges for artworks of similar value may be offered at FOA’s discretion, based on availability.

6. Consumer Rights

This policy adheres to the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
